Under the guidance of our chef, you’ll learn how to make artisanal pasta, from the basic ingredients to the final product.
During the class, you’ll make your own pasta, which you can take home with you at the end of the experience.
The evening continues with a three-course Italian-inspired dinner, designed to complement the spirit of the experience.
Depending on the weather, dinner will be served in the mansion’s gardens at an imperial table decorated in an Italian style, or in one of the house’s private dining rooms.

An expert will share the history and production process of mezcal while you learn how to make three different cocktails using this Mexican spirit.
